Terms of Service

Welcome to MembershipSoft. By subscribing to or using our multi-tenant CRM platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Subscription and Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an operator account and choose a suitable billing plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Pro Scale) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MembershipSoft for any illegal actions, including spamming, violating privacy laws (e.g. sending unsolicited SMS without consent), or executing denial-of-service attacks on our infrastructure.

4. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your tenant portal will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will revert to our Free Tier (OPFS offline-only mode) or be suspended.
